Simple Step to Check the warranty:- To verify the warranty status by just inserting their TV unit Serial Number. (SR No. printed on the side and the back cover of the TV)
What does the Vu warranty cover? All parts are covered (e.g. Boards, Panel)
Any hidden costs? Absolutely none. (except burning, physical damage, non-manufacturing defect).
User Guidelines:
Servicing: Your TV set becomes inoperative, do not try to correct the problem by yourself.

Cabinet Cleaning:
Simply wipe the front panel & other exterior surfaces of the TV unit with a soft cloth. Do not spray insecticide liquid or air-fresheners near the TV.
Panel Cleaning: If you need to clean the LED/LCD Panel, wipe it with a soft cloth. (for safety measures before cleaning the TV panel, please remove the power cord.)
